I stayed at this hotel for a business trip lasting four days, and I was genuinely impressed. The spacious rooms are modern and include a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made my stay convenient. The staff, particularly Axed Alyami, provided really good service, always greeting me with a smile. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and the peaceful pool area offered a perfect retreat after a busy day.

Very comfy beds and a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. Very very helpful staff, outstanding service. Early check-in, good and perfect location not far from Saudi Arabia and many different attractions.

I had a pretty great stay! The hotel’s location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room, plus the breakfast selection was delicious and varied. It was nice to take advantage of the free dinner on weekdays too, which added a nice touch to my weekend!

There were a few downsides. The check-in process took a long time, which was frustrating, and the communication among staff could definitely improve. I also noticed some minor hygiene concerns with the bathroom amenities, like dispensers that felt a bit less sanitary. it was a good experience, but there’s room for some improvement!
